CTC List [pdf] (Computer and Telecommunications Coordinators) Updated 4/2004: List of Computer and Telecommunications Coordinators ("CTC's") in each of the federal judicial districts nationwide. CTC's are the resident consultants in each U.S. Attorney's Office on issues relating to the search and seizure of electronic evidence and crimes against information technology. The CTC should be the first point of contact within federal law enforcement for criminal investigators and industry representatives located in the district.
