IEC and IBD Meetings
All IEC conference-call meetings will be held at 11:00 am PST / 2:00 pm EST on the third Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted. An agenda will be posted at least three days prior to each IEC meeting. If you are interested in participating as an observer, please provide written notice to the International Executive Secretary and the International President.
Three International Board of Directors meetings will be conducted via conference call on the following dates:

Wednesday, June 9, 2010
Wednesday, December 1, 2010
The IBD meeting held in conjunction with the HTCIA International Conference has been scheduled for Sunday, September 19, 2010, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Atlanta, GA. This meeting will begin at 1:00 pm and will conclude no later than 5:00 pm.
A meeting notice and agenda will be emailed to the IBD 30 days prior to all scheduled meetings.
