HTCIA Chapter Officer Election & Information Update
Pursuant to the HTCIA Bylaws Article IV, every Chapter is to conduct
elections for its Chapter Officers at their annual chapter meeting which must be
held during the months of September, October, or November. Officers elect are to
be invited to the Chapter Board meetings prior to their taking office on January
1st and if possible the International Annual Conference. This is to provide an
opportunity to orientate and train the new officers.
Immediately upon the election of the new officers and whenever there is a
change of personal information, i.e. employment, address (home and office),
telephone, fax, email, etc., the appropriate form is to be completed. The
results of these forms will be automatically forwarded to the
International President and Secretary, the International Executive Secretary,
and the Webmaster. Each will then update as applicable their respective
database, the web page, and the officers' email-forward accounts.
The forms below will be HTCIA's only official means for notification of
elections and officer information changes.
